Motor Control Systems & Generator Panels

1. PURPOSE BUILT MOTOR CONTROL CENTRE

This with-drawable system was built to an offshore specification using propriety metalwork with type tested Busbar systems.

2. STAINLESS STEEL DOUBLE DOOR CONTROL PANEL

This shows machine mounted purpose built metalwork designed and procured by ourselves. The ingress rating is IP66 and the environmental condition were extremely arduous, hence the need for double doors over the externally visible equipment. This panel was built to offshore standards.

3. GENERATOR SYNCHRONISING SYSTEM

3 Generator System rear view. This system was designed and manufactured at Stroud Switchgear Ltd and features 3 x 1200 Amps ACBS and Control Systems.

4. GENERATOR CONTROL PANEL

This panel features equipment designed and built by ourselves and incorporated into a Generator Control Panel.

5. MULTI COMPARTMENT MCC

Motor Control Centre showing propriety metalwork with fault rated Busbar system. The system features 3 large variable speed drives, several smaller starters and a PLC system.
