Process Control Panels & PLC Systems

1. LARGE SYSTEM FOR THE CONTROL OF 6 COMPRESSOR SYSTEMS:

Each Compressor stands alone with its own PLC Controlled System. At the end is the incoming control section which monitors and controls the sequencing of the entire system.

2. FLOOR STANDING STAINLESS STEEL PANEL:

Showing custom design metalwork. This system was designed for an oil field in the Far East. Note the specification requested large earth bosses.

3. PROCESS CONTROL PANEL

The inside of a stainless steel Control panel. This Panel is fitted with various process controllers. Note the neat cable wiring harness and space allowed for easy access and wiring.

6. WATER TREATMENT CONTROL SYSTEM PANEL

Another example of a Process Control Panel, this time with a door over the front of the controls. This system is for the control of a treatment plant and displays metering and plant status.
