Hazardous Area Work and Site Wiring

1. EExd. CONTROL PANEL

Stroud Switchgear has expertise working within Hazardous Areas and this photograph shows a Purged Control panel (EExd). This system was designed and built for installation within a zone 2 area. It shows a door over the front of the instruments.

2. MACHINE CONTROL PANEL AND WIRING

This shows a UV Control System being tested at our premises. We always test all equipment as far as we can before despatch.

3. STAINLESS STEEL ZONE 2 PANEL

Hazardous Area Control Panel for installation within a zone 2 area. Stroud Switchgear has many years experience of working within Hazardous Areas and we never compromise on safety.

4. ELECTRO/PNEUMATIC SYSTEM

The large system was for the control and metering of water, etc for the production of dough. Stroud Switchgear Ltd piped and wired this system.

5. SMALL INDUSTRIAL PROCESS SKID

The skid is fitted with two Stroud Switchgear Control Panels. We were also contracted to carry out the skid wiring. This photograph shows the system nearing completion.

6. SKID WIRING IN PROGRESS

A large Skid being worked on by Stroud Switchgear Ltd The Skid is fitted with a stainless steel Control Panel. This skid is fitted with stainless steel tray work, motors and associated instrumentation.
